NOVEC three-phase pole relocations, Verizon fiber protection during a turn lane install, an AT&T encroachment permit and a 4,500' Washington Gas main extension for a new elementary school.

Scope of Work

Utility Relocation

Coordinated with NOVEC’s engineer to obtain a relocation design and cost to relocate (8) NOVEC three-phase overhead power poles in conflict with site improvements.

Verizon Fiber Coordination

Coordinated with the Verizon engineer to allow an existing fiber optic line to remain as is during the installation of a new turn lane.

AT&T Encroachment Permit

Coordinated with AT&T engineers for the encroachment permit needed to install storm drain and sanitary sewer lines across the existing AT&T easement.

Mainline Services

  • Completed a conceptual utility layout for NOVEC, Verizon, Comcast and Washington Gas utility routes, conduit requirements and device locations.
  • Coordinated with each utility for the designs and easements required to serve the school.
  • Coordinated with Washington Gas on a main line extension of approximately 4,500′ to serve the school site.
