Matt Steigelman is Vice President for Davis Utility Consulting. With over twenty years’ experience in the construction industry, he brings both construction and land development knowledge that allows integration and expertise to design development that work in the most cost efficient way for clients. He previously led all aspects of large scale residential and mix use development projects focusing on budgets, completion dates, quality and customer satisfaction. These attributes allow Matt to be detail oriented, customer focused and a valuable member of the Davis Utility team. He is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and holds a Virginia Class A contractor’s license.
