David Graham is a Vice President with Davis Utility Consulting, LLC. David joins the team after ten years in the contracting industry. He manages the activities of all utilities from the design stage through construction for a wide range of residential, commercial and mixed use projects. David is great at listening to the customer’s needs, solving problems and takes a meticulous approach to his everyday activities. David’s attention to detail and experience as a contractor make him a valued member of the Davis Utility team. He is a graduate of George Mason University.
